Visit our website here. To track your order, click on the blue chat bubble on the bottom right corner of the website.
Once you click it, you'll be seeing the Track An Order option, select it.
After clicking the Track An Order, you'll be seeing an option to input Your Email & Order Number.
Use the Email Address that's attached to your order and for the Order Number, please make sure to include the letters PT and not just the numbers (Ex: #PT1234), or else you'll get an error message. It doesn't matter if you include the hashtag sign (#) or not, as long as the order number is complete it will push through. Make sure as well not to leave a space before and after inputting your details or else you'll get an error message.
Once you've successfully inputted your details, you will be seeing your order details and the order details of your most recent previous order. On the top part, you'll see the Track option, click on it to see the update of your order.
In this example, the order has already been delivered, you'll see the Tracking Number of the order with a hyperlink to go to the main website of the carrier.
If you ever encounter an issue with your order, you can click on Report Issue to talk to our Customer Support Team right away.
If you have an order number that starts with TN, this is a proprietary tracking system and you do not have the option to call the carrier. If you have this tracking number and would like to know more information regarding your order, you can contact us via the Bubble Chat on the lower right corner of the website or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll check it out for you.
