Click on Report an issue then select the issue that you currently have with your order.
You will then be taken to our Chat Support Team right away so they can resolve the issue for you.
One other way to Contact Us is by sending an email to support@playtme.co with your name, date of purchase, original shipping address, and order number (#PT followed by 4 numbers, this can typically be found in your order confirmation e-mail).
When emailing, please use the subject line "Issue with Order" followed by your order number.
