Refunds are ONLY accepted for manufacturer defect or extenuating circumstances. Since a large majority of our products are custom made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any other reason.
Before sending the item back, please submit a support request or send an email to support@playtme.co. Packages sent without contacting us first will not be accepted.
When emailing, please use the subject line "Refund(or Exchange) for Order" followed by your order number (#PT followed by 4 numbers, this can typically be found in your order confirmation e-mail)
Include your name, date of purchase, original shipping address, and order number so we can best assist you.
Items to be returned or exchanged must be in new, unworn condition.
