We work quickly to begin processing orders as they come in. As a result, changes to shipping addresses can only be guaranteed within the first 12 hours after an order has been placed.
After this time has passed it's possible your order will not be available for a change of address due to it already being processed and prepared for shipment.
To update your address, please contact us via the chat button on our website or email us at support@playtyme.co with the following information:
Name
Order Number (Typically starts with #PT followed by 4 numbers)
Email address for the order
New shipping address
Unfortunately once your order has been shipped, you no longer will be able to change your address. In these situations you will need to contact the carrier with your tracking number to see if your order can be rerouted in transit. Otherwise, we can resend your order once it is returned to our fulfillment center.
PlayTyme is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the carrier.
